TeamFlow
A multi-tenant agile workspace API with sprints, RBAC and a full audit trail.
TeamFlow is a SaaS-style backend for organizations, projects, sprints and tasks. Organizations are fully isolated, roles are enforced by guards, and every change lands in an immutable audit log. Built during a 96-hour backend program where I ranked first in the cohort.

the problem
//01the problem
Agile tooling needs more than CRUD: tenant isolation, a real permission model, notifications that arrive on time, and a history nobody can quietly edit.
how it works
//02how it works
- 01
Organization as the boundary
Every query is scoped through membership, and a four-tier role hierarchy (owner, admin, member, viewer) is enforced with NestJS guards.
- 02
Work modeled properly
Tasks carry priorities, story points, subtasks, dependencies, labels, attachments and threaded comments, with an automatic activity timeline per task.
- 03
Events that reach people
Notifications stream over Server-Sent Events and email, and scheduled jobs expire stale invitations on their own.
